1. Application for Return or Refund
All products and/or services sold on the Platform (as hereinafter defined) run by WASTECH ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 199201022709 (254213-H)) and its affiliates (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as "WASTECH”) shall be subjected to the terms and conditions in this Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). User may initiate and apply for return of the purchased products and/or services purchased on the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) by communicating with WASTECH through WASTECH’s website and/or mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and/or refund as further detailed under Clause 5 of this Policy.
2. Application for the Return and/or Refund of the Goods

User may only apply for the return and/or refund of the Goods in the following circumstances:
- The Goods has not been received by the user;
- The Goods received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
- The Goods received does not match the agreed specification or is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Platform;
- The Goods received is a counterfeit item;
- The Goods received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered); and/or
- The Goods received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended).
- All application must be submitted via Platform or to our email at grow@wastech.com.my which is subject to WASTECH’s sole discretion and approval. WASTECH will review each user’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the user’s application is successful
- When WASTECH receives an application from a user for the return of the Goods and/or refund, WASTECH may respond to the user’s application accordingly (each application will be responded by WASTECH within a reasonable time upon such request being raised by the user).
3. Condition of Returning Goods
- User should ensure that the Goods, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Goods (if any), to be returned to WASTECH in the original condition received by the user. We will recommend the user to take a photo of the Goods (including any complimentary accessories) upon receipt.

WASTECH’s general requirements for return of Goods are as follows:
- the Goods must be returned within seven (7) day(s) from the received date;
- the user must have proof of purchase (including but not limited to, official receipt, buying invoice and/or bank statement, where applicable) of the Goods to be returned;
- for Goods involving irrigation equipment, any return for such Goods must be in like new condition;
- for Goods involving fertilisers, in the event the package has been opened and/or used by the user, it shall not be applicable for return or exchange;
- the Goods must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with all accessories (including but not limited to, manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, if any) and free gifts received with it;
- the Goods must not have been used, installed and/or had any data inputted (whichever applicable); and
- all sealed Goods must not be opened. In the event that the user has opened the seal, please contact the relevant service centre as indicated on the warranty card or certificate for assistance.
4. Shipping Fee for Return of Goods
With respect to the shipping fee for the return of Goods, the party liable to bear such cost shall be determined based on the following scenarios:
- If the return of Goods is due to unforeseeable error from WASTECH’s end (i.e. damaged, faulty, or wrong Goods delivered to the user), WASTECH shall bear the shipping fee for the return of Goods.
- If the return of Goods is due to the user’s change of mind, the user must obtain WASTECH’s consent prior to the return request and the user shall bear the shipping fee for the return of Goods.
5. Refunds
- WASTECH’s processing refunds mechanism shall be as follows:
- all refunds shall be made via the Platform, manual refund and/or in any other method approved by WASTECH in the future (if any);
- the user will only be refunded upon WASTECH’s acceptance of a valid return of the Goods;
- the processing of payment for the refund may take time and it is subject to the respective payment provider’s internal processing timeline (e.g. thirty (30) days);
- all costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider in relation to Clause 4(a) shall be borne by WASTECH whereas if the refund is due to Clause 4(b), the user shall bear the aforementioned costs; and
- All refunds, upon confirmation with the forwarder agent, will be made via the original payment method used within 14 days
- Notwithstanding Clause 5(a) herein, WASTECH reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without further notice to the user. In the event of such modification, the updated Policy shall be reflected on WASTECH’s Platform.
